Omorinsola Sofola MBA GPHR, is a board member of MART Group of Health Services providing Strategic HR Leadership and Advisory to the group. She is a globally certified HR professional and certified general management professional and coach. She possesses a wealth of expertise in various sectors, with a strong emphasis on human resources, change management, strategy, and business process improvement. Her remarkable 20-year career encompasses both public and private sector experience. Omorinsola holds a bachelor’s in psychology and an MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago. She brings a wealth of experience gained in versatile leadership roles from multinational organizations including Financial Advisor for Citibank US, Senior HR Consultant in Accenture, Head of HR International for Keystone Bank, Country HR Director Hilton, and Partner, People, Strategy & Operations Phillips Consulting. She has been a key member of the board in driving its transformation and expansion of MART Group of Health Services.
