2. Th1/Th2 Ratio – The Balance

Think of T-helper cells as the generals of your immune army.

Th1 are aggressive (inflammation).
Th2 are protective (pregnancy-friendly).

If your Th1 cells dominate (high Th1/Th2 ratio), your body creates a “pro-inflammatory” environment. An embryo cannot survive in an inflamed uterus.

3. Antiphospholipid Antibodies (APA)

These are autoantibodies that attack the fats (phospholipids) in cell membranes. They cause microscopic blood clots in the uterine lining. Even if the embryo attaches, the blood supply is cut off, leading to very early miscarriages (chemical pregnancies).
